Currently working for the Bank of England I have been responsible for streamlining the decommissioning of obsolete server infrastructure by re-writing the process and automating manual tasks where applicable.

I am also responsible for maintaining the BAU server support SLA’s by resolving all issues raised by customers. I have also reduced over 100 tickets a month by automating parts of the patching process.

Subject matter expert in IBM BigFix which patched over 4000 windows servers every month to a high compliance rate. I also used BigFix in automation to push software and configurations to multiple servers at a time.

Proficient Python and Powershell scripting which automated a vast number of workloads to relieve multiple teams workloads.

The senior escalation point and advisor for all Windows Server related tasks and problems.

Created a Web Front End API for server migration acceptance. The program checked 100 servers a minute saving a total of 15 hours per migration block.
